1. How do I restore my purchases and subscriptions?

Please go to the "Settings" page in the app and tap the "Restore Purchases" button. Make sure your device is logged into the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.

2. The AI assistant shows a network error or is not responding.

First, please check if your cellular or Wi-Fi connection is stable. If the network is fine but the issue persists, try force-closing the app and reopening it. If the problem continues, please contact us with a screenshot.

3. How is my data backed up?

iFeeding securely backs up your tracking data using iCloud. Please ensure that iCloud access is enabled for "iFeeding" in your device's System Settings.
